Shipping
We ship to continental US 50 states + Alaska and Hawaii,  only at this time. , ( excluding Puerto Rico, Guam and other military locations )
 
All good are shipped by USPS mail, which requires 3 to 10 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
 
Shipping is free for orders greater or equal to $34.99 ( This is a total order value after discounts )
For orders  lower than $34.99
We charge a flat fee of $4.95 for all order below $34.99

Returns and Refunds
 
We are sorry that you have to return your products.
 
We are here to make the process easy for you.
 
Damaged items
If you got a defective  item or an incorrect item , please contact our support team ( support@RedHilo.com)  and we will provide you a free return shipping label.
Please include the order number and  a picture of item if it was defective or wrong item.
We will work with you to get the items Exchanged or returned, with no extra cost to you.
 
Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns or exchange :
  1. Hair Accessories
  2. Socks
  3. Final Sale items
  4. Any lingerie or underwear
  5. Items washed, worn, or damaged by the customer
 
Exchange
 If you changed your mind and would  like to exchange, no problem, you have 15 days from day of order date to do so. Just email us at support@RedHilo.com  with your order number , items you want exchanged and new items we will send you a pre-paid return label. Once we receive the items, we will ship you the new item.
Please note that we will charge a small fee of $4.95 to cover the restocking and shipping charges.
All the returned items should be in original packaging with tags , not worn or damaged. Exchanges will only be honored once for the original purchase.
 
Returns  or Partial Return
If you are changed your mind or would like to return for any reason, you have 15 days from the order date to return your items. Just email us support@RedHilo.com and we will help you with the process.
 
For partial returns , If your order total after return is lower than the minimum amount eligible for free shipping, than you will be charged a small fee of $4.95 to cover the shipping charged.
 
We will refund you the  FULL amount, excluding any shipping costs, to the same payment method .
 
The item should be unused and  returned with original tags and packaging for refund .
 
We will provide you the RETURN Shipping label OR You can ship us back using any method of your choice . You will be responsible for return shipping  and associated costs.
If not using our RETURN labels , We  recommend return shipping with tracking and insurance.
 
We can't be responsible for lost packages and won't be able to give refund, if we don’t receive the items back.
 
Refund requests will be processed as soon as we get the returns.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for credit to post to your account.
 
We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund and to recover the cost of the return delivery from you in the event that any Products you return: (i) are not eligible for return, in accordance with the RedHilo Return Policy or the offer’s deal terms, or (ii) are found to have suffered damage after delivery to you or have been misused or used other than in accordance with the Product directions or instructions.
